Cooling-off period for purchases:
For purchases made online, by phone, or at the door, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you can cancel your purchase and return the item. We aim to refund the purchase amount and shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the returned item, though this may be delayed until we receive the item. Return shipping costs may be at your expense, provided we have informed you beforehand. Keep the return receipt as proof of shipment. The cooling-off period starts from the day you receive the product for goods or from the day the agreement is concluded for services.

Door-to-door sales:
For purchases above €50 through door-to-door sales, we also offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day of receiving the product or signing the purchase agreement.

In-store purchases:
For products purchased at our or our partners' experience centers, sales centers, or studios, if the checkout question about an in-store purchase is marked "Yes," the 14-day return policy does not apply. We may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion, excluding clearance sale items.

Product terms and warranty for electronic devices:
Our products comply with necessary inspections and safety measures, such as the CE certification for electronic devices. A two-year warranty applies to electronic devices, covering defects not caused by incorrect or unsafe use. Free repair, replacement, or refund is provided for defects existing at delivery. Defects within the first six months are assumed to have been present at delivery unless proven otherwise by the seller. After six months, the consumer must prove the defect was present at delivery.
Please note: If the device is opened and the seal label inside is broken, this warranty will no longer apply.

Product terms and warranty for EMS Suits:
EMS suits have a six-month warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use according to guidelines. This warranty excludes standard wear and tear, improper use, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow care instructions. Third-party repairs or modifications void the warranty. Proof of purchase is required for claims. We may repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.

Safety Notice and Important Usage Guidelines for EMS Products:
When purchasing a product from our EMS line, it is important to understand that safety is of utmost importance in the use of EMS devices, and there are specific situations where EMS training is not suitable. Individuals with pacemakers or other implantable devices should not use EMS, as the electrical impulses may interfere with these devices, posing potential danger. EMS is also not recommended during pregnancy, especially in the later stages, as the effects on both the mother and baby have not been sufficiently researched, presenting potential risks. People with serious cardiovascular conditions, such as uncontrolled high blood pressure or heart failure, should also avoid EMS due to the additional strain it may place on the heart. For individuals with epilepsy, EMS should be avoided since the electrical impulses may trigger seizures. Similarly, EMS should not be used in areas that have recently undergone surgery or have open wounds, as it may interfere with the healing process or cause irritation. Individuals with certain neurological conditions, such as multiple sclerosis or nerve damage, should use EMS cautiously, as it may impact nerve function and cause discomfort. If you have any of the conditions listed above, it is crucial to consult a doctor before using EMS to ensure safe training without risks to your health. Modern Lifestyle Technologies B.V. is not responsible for any health risks that may arise if you ignore the above advice or the advice of a doctor.

Data Policy:
Personal data such as height, weight, gender, and the reason for training may be used to enhance our programs and training services. This information will only be recorded if you choose to enter it into our system or apps. Additionally, training logs and performance data from our devices, systems, and apps are recorded. This data is solely used to assist you in tracking your training progress and to improve your training experience. Please be assured that all personal data, including biometric data, training logs, and any other personal information, will not be shared with any third-party businesses or entities outside of Modern Lifestyle Group B.V. or its subsidiaries/daughter companies.

Online Course via "Teachable":
When purchasing certain products, access to an online course via the "Teachable" platform is also provided. If you do not successfully complete this online course, it may affect the warranty conditions. In the event that a product becomes defective due to incorrect and unsafe use, the warranty will be void if the associated online course is not successfully completed. When the teachable online course is not completed successfully, we will also not be accountable for any form of damage to your body and surroundings by any use that is not in line with the safety guidelines displayed and taught in the online course of Teachable.

Legal and commercial considerations:
When dealing with complaints and returns, we consider not only the legal aspects but also the commercial implications. We aim for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. The shipping costs are €5 per order but are free for orders over €100.

Order processing and delivery times:
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Ensure that you complete the payment before your order is processed and shipped.
