Online and Phone Purchases:
When you purchase from us online, by phone, or at the door, you are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period as a consumer. During this time, you can decide to withdraw from the purchase of a product or service and have the right to return an item. We aim to refund the purchase amount and shipping costs to you within 30 days of receiving the returned item. However, this refund may be delayed until we receive the returned item. Any return shipping costs may be at your own risk, provided we have communicated this beforehand. Always ensure to keep the return receipt as proof of shipment. The cooling-off period for online or phone purchases starts from the day of receiving the product, while for services, it starts from the day of concluding the agreement.

Door-to-Door Sales:
If you purchase something from us through door-to-door sales for over €50, we also offer you a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts from the day of receiving the product or the day you sign the purchase agreement. Within this cooling-off period, you can cancel the purchase free of charge.

In-Store Purchases:
When a product is purchased at one of our or our partners' experience centers, sales centers, or studios, or after trying on the suit in any of these locations, and the checkout question about it being purchased in-store (experience center, sales center, or studio) is marked as "Yes," the 14-day return policy does not apply. We reserve the right to refund the purchase amount or issue a store credit, excluding products purchased during clearance sales.

Dissatisfaction with a Product:
If you are dissatisfied with a product, this may stem from defects in the product itself.

Faulty Products:
If a product becomes faulty through no fault of your own, you generally have the right to repair or replacement of the item, as well as possible manufacturer or seller warranty. The statutory warranty period for all electronic devices is 2 years. This does not apply to cablesets (included in EMS Set), pad/electrode sets (included in EMS Set), EMS suits (included in EMS Set) and cotton underwear (included in EMS Set).

Product Defects:
If a product exhibits a defect such as color discrepancy and is not repairable, you have the right to request a refund (or a portion thereof).

Failure to Meet Product Expectations:
If a product does not match the provided information or expectations, we resolve this by providing missing parts, repairing, replacing, or canceling the purchase agreement. In this case, you are entitled to a refund and are not obliged to accept a store credit.
According to Dutch legislation, a product must meet the expectations that you can reasonably have, taking into account the type of product, its intended use, the price, and the information provided by us as the seller.

2 Year Warranty Period (Electronic Devices):
The two-year warranty period applies only to electronic devices, and if the electronic device becomes defective through no fault of the consumer. Damage or defects resulting from incorrect or unsafe use are not covered by this warranty. The statutory warranty period is two years. During this period, the seller is obligated to offer free repair, replacement, or refund if the device becomes defective due to a fault that existed at the time of delivery. During the first six months after purchase, it is assumed that any defect was present at the time of delivery, unless the seller can prove otherwise. After the initial six months, the burden of proof shifts to the consumer, who must demonstrate that the defect is due to an issue that was present at the time of delivery.
Please note: If the device is opened and the seal label inside is broken, this warranty will no longer apply.

6 Month Warranty Period (EMS Suits):
We provide a warranty of six months from the date of purchase for our EMS suits, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers defects arising from normal use of the EMS suit according to the provided guidelines and instructions. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, including but not limited to fading, stretching, or general deterioration due to regular use. Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered. Any repairs or modifications carried out by third parties void the warranty. To make a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase must be provided. The product must be returned to us for inspection. We reserve the right to determine whether the defect is covered under the warranty. If the defect is covered, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the EMS suit or offer a refund. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our EMS suits. This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
This does not apply to cablesets (included in EMS Set), pad/electrode sets (included in EMS Set) and cotton underwear (included in EMS Set).

Online Course via "Teachable":
When purchasing certain products, access to an online course via the "Teachable" platform is also provided. If you do not successfully complete this online course, it may affect the warranty conditions. In the event that a product becomes defective due to incorrect and unsafe use, the warranty will be void if the associated online course is not successfully completed. When the teachable online course is not completed successfully, we will also not be accountable for any form of damage to your body and surroundings by any use that is not in line with the safety guidelines displayed and taught in the online course of Teachable.

Legal and Commercial Considerations:
When handling complaints and returns, we consider not only the legal aspects but also the commercial implications. Offering generous return options can contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
